His trading career took a significant leap forward when he discovered prop firms. By leveraging his XAUUSD strategy and refined trading techniques, Connor secured multiple five-figure payouts from FTMO, demonstrating his skill and discipline in the trading arena. This success ignited a deeper passion for trading technology, leading him to explore and develop advanced Expert Advisors (EAs) and comprehensive all-season set files.

Connor's innovative mindset culminated in the creation of a hybrid strategy that seamlessly integrates his manual trading expertise with automated EA systems. This strategic blend has become his signature approach, enabling him to consistently deliver exceptional results across various market conditions.

Today, Connor stands as a respected figure in the retail trading industry, having successfully passed hundreds of prop firm challenges for both himself and his clients. His journey reflects a relentless pursuit of trading excellence, combining traditional skills with cutting-edge technology to achieve consistent success.

Spencer’s passion for sales naturally evolved into a keen interest in trading, leading him to dive into the markets in 2016. After following various traders and completing numerous courses, he developed his own price action-based strategy while also mastering the intricacies of marketing. His efforts culminated in the launch of a trading community that quickly grew to over 20,000 members.

While Spencer had explored many areas of trading, his approach took a significant turn when he met Connor. Until then, he hadn’t utilized Expert Advisor (EA) software. However, their collaboration sparked the creation of cutting-edge trading systems that combined their unique insights and expertise.

In July 2023, they founded Quantum with the goal of bringing these advanced systems to a wider audience, offering tailored services to both their existing trading communities and the broader retail trading market.
